When he joined the firm, the IT systems at each of the branch offices were all running independently with no integration. He oversaw the integration of IT throughout the organisation, set up and maintained remote access and assisted with the implementation of virtualisation across all servers, workstations, and telephony. From 2017 and until he left the firm in early 2021, he remotely managed the legal practice from his home on the Bellarine Peninsula 4 days per week and attended the Melbourne Metropolitan Head Office 1 day per week.
- Office Manager – 8 years – at a regional law firm during which time he assisted the Partners negotiate 2 separate mergers ultimately resulting in a doubling of the firm from 30 employees to 58 employees.

- Providing secretarial, IT, clerical and receptionist support to the various team members of the Education Team including managing their outlook calendars.
